I think the main thing is overall physical strength. I know that for my friends (who will after graduation be entitled 'Ensign ___'), the PFT was based on strength, agility, and endurance, more than flexibility. But in training, you improve on all of the above. Really, best of luck. It's a great thing that you're about to be apart of. Are you going to be enlisted?

Drawn by Jenny The Pali writes Poetry, and draws fun pictures of pets, and cartoony versions of people. (not very good ones, but they're cute. ) Pali has FIVE real-life pets, including Three Kitties (Misty, TC, and Roach, two girls and boy, in order), and Two Doggies (Charlie and Dixie). She lives in the state of Georgia, but is a YANKEE at heart, because she grew up in the wilds of MAINE. Eeek. (Random factoid: The Pali was once attacked by a MOOSE in her own backyard, at four in the morning.) She LOVES orange, and cute things, and dark things too. Vampires, demons and all around spooks are love.
