Keith, only thing I can suggest off the bat is to add an event for when new news is added. There's no dotted line around the 'News' link in the dropdown and some of us don't want to check the news every 5 minutes to find out if it's been updated.
Is there going to be some sort of alert when the News updates? This design doesn't seem like it'd allow the 'quick glance' way of seeing an update, such as the previous dotted line.
(I couldn't see if anything was done this time, I clicked and refreshed the news right as it updated.)
Uhh.. well i don't like green, but *_* somehow it is really nice!! XD It's a little bit weird that the events are on the left side, because I always look right, but that doesn't matters! And I like it, that the widgets have drop down and i don't know, but i really like it ! I hope there will be soe more layouts with other pictures and colours, but the first one is really cooool!
I love the new layout! The way the links are rearranged into dropdown boxes will take a few days to get used to, but I still love it to bits. Great job!
...I really don't like it. I mean, it looks pretty and everything, don't get me wrong, but I can definitely see myself getting frustrated with it. Especially those darn dropdown boxes. :/
It would be ideal to have an option to use the old or new layouts.
It is horrible. I'm sorry but it is. The boxes on top get in the way of shop search and everything else and its really hard to navigate. There is no way to the explorer map, or to my shops or anything else I need.

Subeta staff you are truely amazing, teh new layout rocks!! But if I could change it slightly, see where the green bar with the "home", "forums", etc are, move the links on the right, left a bit as I cant actually see all the links, it goes up to "prefs" "p" and then what i assume is profile is cut off

I noticed on the events tab it no longer shows how many of each type you have, if you have them building up. Where it used to say Forum Mention (6) now it only says Forum Mention. Could the number be put back? I often keep those built up for threads I'm mentioned on like contests that I need to remember to go back to, and it was helpful to know if I got mentioned somewhere else.
Otherwise, it all looks good to me so far!

Also, the "remove all" option on the events seems to no longer be there. Possible to get that back?

As I've been browsing I've been thinking. I know people have mentioned always having your sP/CSC/etc "locked" to the side no matter which panel you're in, and I really like that idea. However, if that isn't feasible maybe there could be another widget option for the Dashboard -- events. So that if you're not using "smart" mode (which personally I don't like, because of the sP thing, and am using it only out of necessity) there would be a pop-up message on your dashboard (at the top) when you get a new event, which would let you know to switch over to your events.

When someone receive an event, will the sidebar automatically revert to that Events tab? Is there a way we can always have the sidebar set onto the events tab?

Graphically - I love it. Looks really great. Practically - runs slower, I was restocking when it kicked in and there's a noticeable difference. Also, I wouldn't mind a bigger clock (or maybe just bold the font?).
Also, in FF, Friends Online widget looks horrible, font's too big and lines interlap each other.

I'd like to be able to put certain site links on the sidebar, you know, like the ones I use most often. That way, they're handy, and it's kind of like the old sidebar, but just pick and choose.
(I'd have shop search, inventory, my shops, and probably explore )
