Because I'm up anyway.
I'm sure you've been waiting to know who the winners are, especially Metamorphoze, lol. I'm here to tell you. This will be long, but please read everything, even if you didn't win. Thank you.
This was the HARDEST decision ever. Truly. I looked at every entry and my list of 4 winners changed, at least, ten times. But one person was always on the list and I also liked their Lolita for my profile.

I loved, loved, loved your Lolita. She's so sweet and has a variety of color. Which I really, really wanted on my new profile. I can see the patterns being used for different spots on my profile. I've had an idea of how I want my profile to look and your Lolita just captured it.

That little gush doesn't mean I didn't like other entries. That was just the one that captured my attentions the most. Now, onto the other three winners:
2nd Place - @Pawky - I'm not going to lie. This had my attention since I first saw it. A cute Lolita couple and lovely colors.
3rd Place - @jeepjulie - When I first saw your entry, I liked it. I didn't look at it close, though. Then I was looking at it and said, what is that effect or is that my eyes? It has a wicked 3D effect. I'm still not sure if it's my computer if it actually has a 3D effect. xD
Then came the last one. The most difficult one. There were three that I really couldn't decide on. I really couldn't. So, and don't hate me for looking for outside help, I showed the three to a few friends and the one they liked most was by:
4th Place - @PlusCandy - claimed prize
They thought it was so sweet. The one thing they kept commenting on was the dress. They thought the ruffles were done extremely well and the face was... (their words, not mine) dopey, but sweet. I don't really think it's dopey, but it has this look to it that's really expressive?
Now, you may have heard about the new gift cards that came in the Cash Shop. No, this does not mean I'm giving everyone those instead. I still need money and sP for gifts and such, but I wanted to hand out 3. These people won't get the 1mil, but a 100 gift card instead.

There will be four (4) winners, with the first place winner's art being the one I use on my profile (so, you'll be giving me permission to have someone use your art in the profile they make for me and you will be credited, of course) and you will get the prize listed below.
The 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place winners will also get a prize (listed below) and I will basically be buying the art you entered.
Entry limit is lifted. Go ahead and enter as much as you want, but be warned that you can't place more than once. If I do like your art, I'll offer up something to buy it. If I do this, it will not be as much as the placement prizes, unless you did place, then I will probably offer something around the area of the amount you placed.
Prizes:
1st place - 2500 CSC, one random wishlist item (will be at least worth 10mil), and their art will be featured on my profile.
2nd place - 2000 CSC and one random wishlist item (will be at least worth 5mil).
3rd place - 1500 CSC and one random wishlist item (will be at least worth 2mil).
4th place – 1000 CSC and one random wishlist item (will be at least worth 1mil).
If you have paypal, and you'd rather just have USD instead of CSC, let me know when you enter, please.
Everyone else, just for entering an actual picture, will get 1mil sP.
